Greg is a highly experienced Risk & Compliance executive with 16 years in iGaming, leading AML, RG, Regulatory Compliance, and Fraud & Payments operations across multiple jurisdictions. As Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at PlayNorth, Greg oversees regulatory and risk management strategies for the Netherlands and Finland (MGA license), ensuring compliance in complex, high-stakes environments. Greg holds a BSc in Economics, an MBA, and an MSc in Education, combining strategic business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational leadership and learning.

Previously, Greg was the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and MLRO at GM Gaming (SuperGroup/Betway) for five years (2018–2023), overseeing compliance, AML, RG, and F&P across six jurisdictions. Before that, Greg spent nine years (2009–2018) at Kaizen Gaming, transitioning from operations and CRM into Risk & Compliance leadership, ultimately serving as Head of Risk, then Head of Compliance & Deputy MLRO, covering seven jurisdictions.
